The Founder
De'Meka Morales was born and raised in South Florida, a tropical region with many cultures. Growing up in a multiracial household with an immigrant father and an American-born mother exposed her to various traditions and values, which aided in her early awareness of the beauty of multiple cultures.

Driven by her quest for knowledge, De'Meka earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Interior Design and a Master of Arts in Creative Business Leadership from the prestigious Savannah School of Art & Design. This unique combination cultivated her blend of creativity and strategic leadership.
Fueled by a sincere sense of justice, De'Meka is committed to addressing the hardships those outside societal norms face. This impetus led her to establish "FairPlay," a business dedicated to transforming work environments. De'Meka's multifaceted role as a mother, entrepreneur, advocate, marketer, designer, and diligent analyst converges in FairPlay's approach.
